Dr. Nasreddin Dhafr is an internationally experienced consultant, advisor, and trainer specializing in strategic planning, performance management, and organizational excellence. With over two decades of professional practice across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Africa, he has supported governments, universities, and large institutions in translating strategy into measurable results.
Dr. Dhafr is the Chairman of CERTEGLOBAL and brings a rare combination of academic depth and hands-on execution experience. He holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from Teesside University (UK), with research focused on the design and implementation of performance frameworks that drive real organizational impact. His academic background is complemented by advanced qualifications in corporate governance, leadership, and higher education teaching and assessment.
Throughout his career, Dr. Dhafr has led and advised major strategic initiatives including national and institutional strategic plans, KPI and Balanced Scorecard systems, organizational restructuring, benchmarking, and change management. He has worked closely with ministries, authorities, universities, and public entities, and has contributed to national excellence and performance assessment programs in the Gulf region.
In parallel, Dr. Dhafr has designed and delivered extensive executive training and professional certification programs in strategic planning, strategy execution, KPI development, initiative management, OKRs, and organizational performance measurement. His approach is highly practical, focusing on governance, accountability, and execution rather than theory alone.
Dr. Dhafr is also an author, researcher, and conference speaker, with published books, peer-reviewed papers, and numerous professional articles. He is a Fellow and member of several international professional bodies and has received multiple awards and recognitions for his contributions to organizational excellence and knowledge transfer.
He is fluent in English and Arabic and continues to advise senior leaders on building sustainable, high-performance organizations.
